Well you are in luck, because we offer a variety of hosting options with all of our helpdesk solutions. With demanddesk™ FUSION, you still get all the great benefit of demanddesk™ SaaS, but you are able to choose where your solution is hosted.
Remote Management
demanddesk™ utilizes the highest quality of remote management technology that let us automate and manage your IT infrastructure. Our certified CA Service Desk™ Professionals provide dependable, experienced management and administration for your CA Service Desk™ solution. So no matter where we are, we can always deliver the highest quality of services.

What About Upgrades and Maintenance?
If you choose to host demanddesk™ on your internal infrastructure, we still assume full responsibility for the ongoing health of your helpdesk applications (monitoring, maintenance and upgrades), operating system and database. The only thing you are responsible for is your hardware and network gear.

If you choose to host your helpdesk solution externally in the demanddesk™ Cloud, you are able to login to the application via a web browser and customize accordingly; we’ll take care of the rest. With this hosting option, demanddesk™ is responsible for the ongoing monitoring, maintenance, service availability, and automatic upgrades. There is no software, middleware, or hardware for you to maintain.

What Type of Pricing Plans do you Offer?
demanddesk™ offers a subscription-based pricing model that varies by the number of users and service options. The savings come from our elimination of acquisition, maintenance, and upgrade costs. Please contact Sales if you would like to receive a free quote.
